The Breakthrough Junior Challenge is an annual, global science video competition for high schoolers. I created a short film combining stop-motion animation, computer graphics, and live-action video to describe the processes behind glacier calving in the context of global warming.
I wrote, directed, and edited an original short film in connection with Columbia University’s 2023 summer filmmaking program.
The Hudson Data Jam is a nationwide competition that challenges students to analyze data taken along the Hudson River. I won a national award in 2021 for my analysis of dissolved oxygen fluctuations in various aquatic habitats.
I was featured on 60 Minutes for a segment they aired in 2019 discussing girls in STEM and closing the gender gap in the technology industry.
